Should people with bad road rage be allowed to drive?

People with bad road rage should not be permitted to drive on the roads because it can be very hazardous for other drivers. According to (http://www.driveandstayalive.com/articles%20and%20topics/attitude%20and%20aggression/artcl--road-rage--a-deadly-threat.htm) says that these are some of the reasons why people take action in road rage: "He cut me off." "He/she was driving too slowly." "She wouldn't let me pass." These are the types of things that encourage road rage and if you make an aggressive driver upset the situation might end badly.

You have aggressive drivers who would want to hurt someone because they had their bright lights on and because it shined in their eyes from their rear view mirror. Or because they wouldn't let them in. This reaction is uncalled for because other drivers don't have to do anything. They don't have to let you in. It's an act of generosity. You cant get mad at them and want to hurt them if they decide that they're not going to let you in. Just because someone cut you off, gave you the finger, called you a bad name, or honked their horn at you does not give you the right to follow them home, injure them or beat them to a pulp.

The article I was reading talked about how many accidents that happened due to road rage and it was approximately 6,800,000 and that's just in the United States. The article (http://www.driveandstayalive.com/articles%20and%20topics/attitude%20and%20aggression/artcl--road-rage--a-deadly-threat.htm) states that road rage is " An incident in which an angry or impatient motorist or passenger intentionally injuries or kills another motorists, passenger or pedestrian or attempts to injure or kill...In response to a traffics despite, altercation, or grievance" If aggressive drivers respond negatively to the behaviors of other drivers, that's where it becomes a issue and that's why people with road rage need to exclude themselves from the roads due to public safety.
